Lotus Institute Agreement

We kindly ask you to read the Agreement below.

By clicking on I Agree, you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions:

MFRC Program: You agree to pay the full amount of tuition as determined by the payment plan chosen or a payment plan that has been agreed upon by the Lotus Institute. 

The Lotus Institute has the right to postpone or cancel a module at any time for any reason. Students may also cancel. You may submit a cancellation request that must be received in our office no later than one (1) week before the start of the first module and you will receive a full refund. A cancellation request received in our office after the first module has started but before the second module begins will receive a partial refund. The Lotus Institute may issue a refund on a case-by-case basis that in its sole discretion determines is warranted by the circumstances.  

Model Release:  You are signing up for the Master Face Reading Certification Program to be held online and will also be taped. You agree to be taped if you leave your camera on, otherwise you will need to turn off your camera or watch the taped class. You will also be agreeing to have your photograph taken as a graduate on the last day of class your last module. This photo will be posted on the Lotus Institute’s private Facebook page. However, you are able to opt out of being in the photo, if desired.

Copyright:  You agree to respect the copyright of materials that belong to the copyright holder – Lillian Pearl Bridges and/or the Lotus Institute, Inc. You may only reproduce, distribute, publicly perform or publicly display these works if you have been given written permission. We strongly advise you to create your own derivative works.  Any of your derivate works must give credit to the copyright holder. Additionally, you must obtain permission to use quotes from the book, Face Reading in Chinese Medicine or from this MFRC Program in your derivative works, particularly written work. Conversely, statements made by others shall not be attributed to Lillian Pearl Bridges, the Institute or the Institute’s instructors.  You must include the Institute’s copyright notice, as appropriate, on any works or materials for which you receive permission to reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display or create derivative works.
